Warranty conditions
Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period, especially on batteries. Please note, battery warranty is limited to original purchaser only and is non transferrable.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Repair or replace
We will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to us. In return FMK Solar & Electrical is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense. Manufacturers will not provide warranty on items that have not been prior checked by a certified electrician. Returns

All returns must be returned within seven (7) days of the purchase date, or we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
